Five things we will not pretend about.
Buying AI is not the same as enabling people to use it.
A license is not a capability. The tool sits idle until someone knows what to ask and how to check the answer.
Search-box use is not enablement.
Typing a question and pasting the answer is not a skill. Briefing, reviewing, and repeating is.
Fear and aversion are solvable with skill, clarity, and respect.
People avoid what they do not understand. Show them the edges, and the fear turns into judgment.
Safety training should create confidence, not freeze teams in place.
Know what stays out of the chat, then get on with the work. Caution is a habit, not a wall.
Learning connects to a real task, with a person responsible for the result.
Every session ends with something you actually needed done, checked by a person who owns it.
